One way of earning money online is thru blogging. Set up your blog, write articles and after you have enough content you can now start monetizing your blog by joining ad networks.



Google Adsense
One of the most popular pay per click ad network is google adsense. Google is a contextual ad program. It displays ads based on the site's content. Earnings are generated on a pay per click or per impression basis. When a surfer clicks on an ad placed on your site, you will earn based on the price that the given advertiser has bid on that particluar ad. Google adsense offers text and image ads. It also has a adsence for search and feeds.

First you will have to join as a publisher with google adsense. After joining, you get the code and then paste the ad codes on your site. But before, joining you may want to know more about google adsense.

It displays ads based on your site's content. There are also two types of adsense for content, the
ad unit which consist of text ads and text and image ads. The other type of adsense for content is the link unit. It consist of ads that will take the user to the page related to the clicked topic.

A search bar placed on your site. You earn revenues from your users search term.




Adsense for Feeds
These are ads placed on your blog feeds.

Yuwie Credited Page Views

How do you get paid from your page views? From the Yuwie help faq you get credits for the following page views.


When any logged in member views any of these pages, it counts as 1 page view for you:
1. your profile page
2. your blog pages
3. view all your friends
4. view all your comments
5. your picture pages
6. if someone views one of your shared layouts

When you view any of these pages, it counts as 1 page view.
1. any of your control panel pages, including but not limited to: settings, messaging, friends, referrals, favorites, etc.

The following does not count as a page view:
1. Refreshing/reloading a page
2. Any page that's viewed within 3 seconds of the last page doesn't count.
3. Any view from a 'guest' or non logged in visitor.
